Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds due to a change of mind. We do offer Australian residents the option of experiencing a small set of fabric samples for the collection in which they are interested. Simply put, these are on loan to enable you to see the colours and feel the textiles first hand, as we want you to love your collection as much as we do.
HOW IT WORKS
As our remnants are precious (very limited) we charge a *refundable $10 fee to cover the cost of the samples plus $15 to cover express postage (charged at checkout if the total order is less than $140). We include a prepaid envelope for the return of the samples. On receipt of the returned samples (undamaged) we will process the $10 refund. Alternatively, if you choose to purchase the collection we will provide you with a $10 voucher to use towards your purchase.
*Must be returned within 7 days of you receiving the samples.
Remember, if you are local you are always welcome to reach out and make an appointment to drop into our boutique workroom and have a look at the entire collection first hand!

Please consider sample sets to be on loan. This is a service we offer so you have the opportunity to experience the textiles first hand. They are precious to us as our fabric remnants are very limited.
